“Two Hands on the Wheel”
If you’re in a situation with lots of snacks and appetizers around, I always say get your “two hands on the wheel” of your water glass or Vitapod bottle!
“Dinner and Done, Find Other Fun”
To avoid overindulging and overeating, get in the habit of being “dinner and done.” You will have greater success if you plan to eat a more filling dinner, then plan on how you’ll stop and find other activities to do.”

When you eat better you start to feel better.
“Just two pounds at a time”
You’re going to be able to reach whatever healthy and realistic goal you set for yourself, but the more you focus on that big number, the worse your motivation will be. Focus on losing just two pounds at a time for greater motivation and follow-through.
“Water first, veggies most”
